The PIMS Confined Space - Standby Man (SBM) course provides essential knowledge of the responsibilities performed by a confined-space attendant responsible for monitoring personnel during entry operations.
The programme covers confined-space hazards, entry permits, atmospheric monitoring, gas-testing awareness, communication, ventilation, PPE and emergency-response arrangements.
